Check out this awesome gait analysis that Mizuno does! I did it and it gave me the exact shoe type that I was fitted with today. (And to the credit of the first gait analysis I had, the shoe I got then was consistent with the shoe I got today. As the lady explained to me today, you can't always pay attention to what a brand calls their shoe, as in whether it is stability or motion control. You have to pay attention to how much support it's actually giving...as a not-shoe-expert, I think I'll leave that to them...)
