Now What Do I Do??

Today for our long run it was down to just me and one other exercise buddy (the one I'll be running the half marathon with in 3 weeks). We set out today planning to run 13 miles, with the hope to either run further next week, or the same distance but a bit faster. I think our thoughts of running a fast half marathon pushed us a bit today, because we ran faster than normal, pushing ourselves just slightly past our comfort zone, and what do you know? We ended up beating our race goal today! We saw that we were pretty close at one point, so we decided to make it 13.1 miles instead of just 13 so we could see how close we were to our goal time and pace. We ended up finishing 13.1 miles in 2:09:46, with an overall pace of 9:54! And that was with some hills in there! We were totally stoked about that. Our race is flat, so we won't have 2 random miles in the middle that are considerably slower than the rest. So now what do we do? It gives us a bit of uncomfortable pressure to have run so well today. Will we be able to replicate that? Can we go even faster? What do we do???
